we finally have a name for Bryan's disease (most likely).
Polymyositis.
I feel like we've been on this quest to figure this out for so long, it feels strange to all of the sudden know what we're dealing with. Strange, but very very good.

Oh, I'm so glad you found out! Now you can totally research it, as I'm sure you've been doing. You are so amazing. So glad that you can know a little more finally.
What a blessing! I am so glad God's timing on this has finally come around! Best of luck dealing with everything it involves... but you've already been attempting that with no idea, so now I hope things progress much better! So happy for you!
There's still a lot of unknowns, Em. There's not a whole lot that is known about this, and the most common treatment wrecks havoc on the body, but there are a few things his doc has up his sleeve, the treatment he has in mind just takes a while to see any results, so it's a wait and see game, which is fine :)
Wow Tiff, I know that all of the struggles with his illness aren't over, but I also know how long you have been searching for answers; I'm soooo happy that something positive has finally happened for you guys with this thing. Yippe for answers! You guys will continue to be in my prayers.
