Happy Friday!

Well, happy news...we found Asher's glasses!  The hilarious thing was we found them two days after we picked up his new pair (I love the square-ish look on him!).  I told the kids we were blessed because we were in a position (thanks to the beauty of flex-spending!) to be able to get them.  And who knows when, in a coming day, we will need the backup pair?  I really am very glad to have that pair tucked safely away.

Asher loves to cuddle with me, and doesn't like to leave my side lately, unless of course he is torturing one of his siblings.  This picture came after lots of cajoling him to pose on his own for a picture...we compromised for my lap :)

I'm now 26 weeks along...right at the doorstep of the 3rd trimester!!!  I want you to be proud of me, I love seeing pictures of other people who are pregnant, but I despise them of myself.  But, since this is most likely my last hurrah, I'm trying to be better at documenting the process.  I'm getting really excited for our little girl.  Her kicks and pokes are getting MUCH stronger, but that is by far my favorite part of pregnancy.  The "other" aspects of pregnancy are also kicking in, but I'm not complaining, promise.   I have felt good enough to finish up some projects that have been bothering me for a while, so that has been wonderful.

Yesterday I indulged a little and had my friend, Jen, do my hair.  There is something so so wonderful about getting your hair done.  I joked with her that's why I only come in every 10 months is so I don't take for granted how wonderful it really is :)

We found out we don't have to worry quite so much for another week or so on the job search.  Apparently they have been running a bit behind so school interviews won't take place for another week.  That came as a huge relief, since we weren't hearing much of anything.  This will be my first anniversary in 3 years not completely marred by interviews, so I'm grateful for that! :)

Now for another exciting day in the trenches...carpooling, babysitting, diaper changing, lunch making, singing, dancing (if Bella has any say in things), cleaning, baseball gaming (depending on this crazy Utah weather), garden planning, and on and on.  Happy April 29th everyone :)

Hi Tiffany, so glad you found my blog and that you are liking it. :) You have an adorable family. Congrats on #6 - what a trooper you are! I hope I can make it to that many :). Oh and i'm glad to hear i'm not the only one that has kids who eat dog food...and dirt...mine eats dirt also. Good luck with the pregnancy!

Love, love, love your pregnancy photo! How cute and creative! Thanks for your positive attitude about all of life's trials--it inspires me to be a better person! (I hope this doesn't show up twice... I typed it once and it disappeared for some reason...)
