I found out today that our appraisal came in right where we needed it to. The good news is it came in right where we needed it to. The in-between good news is that we don't really have a buffer to leave the basement or bedrooms unfinished like we were hoping to save money, but hey, we'll have a whole house :)
Bryan's tests are all done, so we are now just waiting.
