{the end of July} & August have been AWESOME!

There were weddings to be done...

Mandalen became more mobile...

...and turned one!

We went to the Church History Museum
and Bella tried her hand at some mariachi band dancing

I took the kids swimming!
This is a big deal because this is the first time I've taken all 6 kids (plus one friend) by myself.
It went so well, I may just do it again this week

We went to the Brigham City Temple Open House with my mom (not pictured) and my brother Cody and his cute little family.  I think I have a new 2nd favorite temple now, so beautiful.  My favorite part was seeing the joy and excitement of all of the volunteers.

You could tell how much having their own temple meant to them, it was touching.

The busrides to and from the temple were definitely a highlight.

The kids were all in heaven :)

And last but not least my cute sister, Jenni, was hired to teach 1st grade in Salt Lake City, so she has temporarily moved in with us until she can get her own place.  I'm sure it has been a shock to her system to go from being the youngest in a quiet house (or apartment) to having 6 nieces and nephews constantly hanging on her...and one bathroom ;)  But she is a great sport and we have loved having her here with us.  And I'm not going to lie, the extra set of hands has been very nice this last week.
