I usually cut my kids hair. But every few months, it gets to the point where it just needs professional hands. So Thursday, I took all 5 kids in. It was so funny to see how differently they each react to the exact same situation.
Belen had this expression the entire time. She didn't move. She didn't talk. She didn't smile. She held completely and perfectly still...if you have been around Bella in the last few weeks, you will realize just HOW out of character that is for her. Even though it was a little sad to see those wispy little hairs fall to the floor, it looks so much healthier and cleaner this way...not to mention adorable :) Hopefully, now, we can grow it out!
Asher kept pointing out how much he DIDN'T want his hair cut. He held still for the first part, but the itches, the wiggles, and the "I'm done holding stills" took over towards the end. He only has a couple bald spots :) To bribe him to get it done (yes, I used the word bribe and I don't care who knows it), we went to Artic Circle to get the kiddie courtesy twisty cones...thus the beautiful messy face.
Aeden was just happy to be there. His only condition is he didn't want his hair too short like I have been known to do it on occasion. He was very, very worried about that, and kept reminding Jen to not cut it "Mom short."
I forgot to get a picture of Liah, and by the time I realized it, Zerin was getting his hair done. Not wanting to seem like I was picking on her, I didn't take one of him either, for which he was grateful :)

I love it! I would have done that same thing, and Jace would have been so relieved.
You are so brave to take all 5 in!!! I still cut all their hair for that reason!
Oh, are they SOOOO cute! I love your little munchkins!
