Why my arms feel like jell-o

My arms feel like they are going to fall off, but I am so close to having a lawn I can almost smell that freshly mowed grass smell of Saturday mornings! If they could figure out a way to bottle that smell, I'm pretty sure it would be instrumental to helping to cure depression. Maybe it's because when I was little, one of my favorite things was watching my Dad work in the yard. That was his element. That was where he loved to create. That was where I got to see the real him.

On Monday, I tilled up the old driveway. It is clay and gravel, so if you like tilling cement, you would have LOVED this! Apparently, some of the brick from the excavation of our addition got buried over there, because one of the old pioneer bricks got wedged in the tiller...after an hour of chiseling it out, it finally broke up enough to come out.

Today, my friend let me borrow her truck, and I was able to get 3 loads of horsey poo from the equestrian center. She even came back and helped me rake it all out...what a saint!!! I am going to till one more time to mix it all up, then get the roller to make it nice and smooth and flat. If it wasn't going to rain, the sod would be coming on Friday. But as it is, we'll have to play that by ear (if it's too wet, they can't cut it). But Friday or next week, either way, it's getting closer, and I am so excited :)

When I saw your post title I was thinking you had a good workout. Now I'm thinking you just got all your workouts for one month in.
