My little Liah turns 6!!!

I seriously can't believe Liah is 6 already!!!

She has been looking forward to today since, um, let me think, her last birthday. Seriously, last year when we tucked her into bed, she said, "How many more days until my next birthday?" and it's been a weekly (or more) question since then :)

Liah was 2 days late, and was born at 7:30 at night. She wasn't breathing when she was born, and she has been finding ways of stressing me out ever since...mostly because we are so much alike. :)

Liah Noelle is one of my best friends. We love to scrapbook together, decorate together, and plan suprises together. She loves food as much as I do, and likes to cook (which I don't like).

Liah is an amazing sister. She takes such good care of all of her younger siblings, and they all adore her. Even Zerin likes her ;)

Liah is also a Daddy's Girl. She gets so excited when he comes home, and unless he's working on something really boring, she won't leave his side. She has even taken up baseball card collecting to stay in his graces :)

She can slug a baseball as good as a boy, but 5 minutes later, she will be doing her hair, painting her nails and slopping on lip gloss. Gotta love a well-rounded girl :)

I'm thoroughly convinced she is destined for big things in this world...her spunk, fire, determination, and intensity are not only the things that make me need to duck and cover sometimes, but they are also what makes her so special, and so amazing.
