I'm on my weekly doctor visits now...craziness. Everything looks good. While he was doing the ultrasound, she would break into those sleeping smiles, where she has a straight face, slight smile, straight face. It was pretty cute. You can see the tail end of the smile here...so it doesn't look like much of a smile, but you can get the idea.
Two weeks ago, she was measuring around 4 lbs. He says she is a good 6 1/2 lbs now, so she'll fit in well with our other hefty babies if that holds true.
As for me and when she will actually come, that is still a total mystery. Right now, I'm a 2 1/2 and 75% effaced, but I was that way with Asher for about 3 weeks, so I am not anticipating an early arrival...but I will be putting the car seat in the van tomorrow...just in case.

That ultrasound picture's got my stumped. You said you can see a smile somewhere? I'm not sure even where her head is! But then again ultrasound pictures always get me baffled! I'm so happy that you're nearly through and at 6 1/2 lbs, girl you better hope you're nearly through!
Wow, Spencer was 6 1/2 lbs at birth... 1 week early. Then Jack was 9-4 at 1 week late. I fear what might happen if I do it a 3rd time. Here's hoping you don't hang out at 2 1/2 for 3 WEEKS!!
