Prego Bellies, Parade Prep, and Pretty Little Girls...

Since I have to sit down every ten seconds it seems, I'll take a moment to bring you into our world for a bit. I took this pic to document that I do still have feet, as sitting is the only time when I can actually see them anymore. I am approaching 30 weeks in the next couple few days, and wow. I always whine when I get closer to the end, but I am really feeling it this time. The good news is that Bella is so low, I'm not having a horrible time breathing like I had with some of my others. The bad news is she is SO low :) I think she is wrapped around the core of my nervous system and just randomly pulling at things to see what happens. One minute, my legs will give out and go completely numb. Another minute, my sciatic will do funky things...love that one. I have tried, but I can't walk normal anymore. I am learning all sorts of empathy for people that have these kinds of issues on a permanent basis...at least I know mine should go away in a few weeks.

I got the crib put up in Liah's room...okay, BRYAN got the crib put up in Liah's room, and we successfully moved Asher into Zerin's old bed. I found one of those IKEA loft beds for Zerin on KSL.com and I am really excited how their rooms are turning out. It's so high, he is practically plastered onto the ceiling, but he loves it ;) I ordered some vinyl lettering, so when I get that up next week, I'll take pictures to show alla ya'll.

Then Bryan has been getting some of his Dad's old bikes in working order so he, the kids, and some of his siblings can ride them in the Handcart Days Parade next week. He was so proud of this moment...he begged me to bring him Asher...maybe not ;) They will be the 29th entry (parade starts at 6 in Bountiful) so if you're around, watch for them! It's neat because his Dad used to take them in the parade every year, so it's fun to see it come full circle.

And last but not least, Bryan's mom made these darling dresses for Liah and Tensley, and we wanted to document it before Sarah and Dallin take off next week. Tensley was a little camera shy, but you can see how cute they turned out!

I love the dresses - so cute! I can't wait to see pics of Zerin's room - I bet bedtime is "fun time" now!
Those bikes are neat - what a great tradition to carry on. Bryan is a good guy!

What an awesome bike contraption! I totally LOVE it! So fun. I love staying up to date with you and your family on your blog. Thanks for the flowers by the way. That was one of the nicest, most thoughtful things anyone has ever done for me. Our lesson in RS today was about charity. One of my friends told a story about how her mom was so good at having charity and serving others that when she died a few years ago so many people came through the receiving line and surprised my friend by telling her about ways that her mom had served them. That will be you people will be talking about someday. You are such a good example to me,
you are seriously good at serving others, and it really meant a lot to me that you came over the other morning. I love you!

I'm with chrisandlaura. You have an amazing talent for serving others. Love radiates from you.
It is so fun to read your blog and your thoughts. You amaze me.
It would be so fun if we see you tomorrow. Jared and his dad will be announcing at the corner by the antique store (Main and 4th North). Hopefully we'll see you! If not, I'll watch for Brian. Those bikes sound fun!
