A little more progress....

We have been working quite a bit at the house, and I haven't done very well at documenting the last few weeks, so here's a feeble attempt to catch you up:

• Plumbing is all but finished Electrical in the existing part of the house is almost finished
• The heating guys (bless their little hearts) are giving us a little grief, but I'm sure it will all work out...and if they aren't done this week, I may start adding ex-lax to the cookies I'm bringing them.
• The drywall guy is coming tomorrow to patch up some stuff in the old part of the house
• Paul has the addition all built, and he'll finish the 2 bedroom closets and the dining room wall tomorrow. He'll get the new family room framed by the end of the week.
• Bryan and Alex laid tar paper on the house a couple days ago, and they are planning on shingling it this weekend.
• I finished painting the upstairs 2 bedrooms, and have one more coat to go on the study and the master bedroom.
• We picked out carpet and vinyl. The carpet is really foofy! Shadeau will probably get lost in it it's so long.
• Our cabinets are being installed next week.
• We painted the front door and put a doorknob on...that kind of works :)
• Nothing is for sure, but so far, we are on track to move in before Thanksgiving.
