10. I started a job! Actually, I can barely call it that. I work one night a week at a neighbor's home doing some light cleaning. It is way too easy, and I got to chat with her and her daughter while I was there, so it hardly felt like work. It came at the perfect time, and I feel so blessed to have gotten it.
9. I canned & cooked up a storm! Apricot nectar, apricots, Ami's famous BBQ Sauce, and fruit leather. Thank goodness for sweet neighbors who give me their extra apricots :)
8. I attended a canning class. I learned so so much! Like did you know that if you put 1/4 cup of vinegar in your canner your jars won't get that chaulky film on them?! This seriously could revolutionize my canning experience.
7. My sister and I organized my mom's food storage. Actually, I'll rephrase that, my sister organized my mom's food storage while I corraled my kids and put together one of those shelf reliance shelves. But I brought the label maker, so that counts for something right? :) Originally, we were just going to get rid of the yucky food, but Jenni is ambitious, not to mention wonderful, and took it a bit further. Since my mom was going to be away for a few days, we thought it would be the perfect time so as to surprise her when she got home. But true to Jenni, by the time I got there, she had already been working around the clock, and the whole house was glistening. I don't know how she did it all...she's amazing! When Mom got home tonight, I could hear her smiling through the phone :) Which is good, because if anyone deserves a smile, it's my mom. She is amazing, and I just love her to pieces.
6. My kids and I went to see my Grandma. I've said it before, but I love love love my grandma. She is one of my favorite people in the whole world.
5. We had a water party! My friend Angie, invited us over to her home and the kids played on her blow up waterslide (which by the way was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!) I don't know how I got so blessed to have such wonderful friends.
4. I got 3 slivers in my pointer finger that won't come out. Ouch :(
3. Bryan and I worked on Zerin's Wolf Badge with him. Can I just tell you, I am really going to miss having my husband home?
2. I found 5 baby artichokes in my garden yesterday!!! I can almost taste the spinach artichoke dip now :)
1. I rocked my baby to sleep one night. This was a big deal for me because when I nurse and I hold my babies, they just get mad because all they want to do is nurse. So when I totally lost my milk last week, I was trying to look for the positives, and then this happened! It felt so good to just hold her and watch her sweet little sleeping face for a while. I can hardly believe she is nearly 11 months old...it goes so fast people....so fast.

Wow, what a week! Thanks for coming over, it has been WAY too long! Also, thanks for the canning tip, I had no idea about the 1/4 of a cup of vinegar, that is amazing!
What fun! Except for the slivers, sorry :(
I didn't know that either about the vinegar. I miss you and Angie, and Kathryn too :)
How did you do your nectar??? Do you have a juicer? And that's a good tip about the vinegar!
I'm blown away with everything you do Tiffany!
You're amazing!
