Ah, the wedding is over :) Devin and Rachel's wedding reception turned out so nice. I've never done this color scheme before and it was just so bright and happy and summery. Reds, oranges, yellows, lime green and splashes of blue were her colors...so cute :) Bryan took the day off to help me with the kiddies, and my friend Christy let the older kids come spend the afternoon with her, so I was actually able to enjoy the process a bit more than usual because I wasn't constantly worried about them. Thanks both of you :)
The yard the reception was at was amazing! Like seriously, amazing. The lady who owned one of yards (it was two yards combined) told me they had been there for over 40 years. So I guess I have a bit more time to get our yard up to par like I want it :)
Here is Zerin posing in front of one of the arrangements I did on the piano.
Is it just me or is he getting blonder?

Rachel had these cute little watermelons on the table. I felt bad because I thought they were going to be bigger, so I'm afraid my little arrangement overpowered them a little. Oh well...

They had hanging baskets everywhere! A couple of them were a little sparce (it's still early in the year for full baskets) so I stuck in some cut flowers. No one seemed to notice so I think I pulled it off ;)

Here is a side view of the backdrop. It already had a lot of green on it. I just added live honeysuckle, and some silks to brighten it up.

I didn't get a good pic of the bouquet, but here's sort of a side shot of it. I think it turned out pretty :)

The throwing bouquet.

Now here it is, 2:30 am, and I'm wide awake. Thinking about taking all the kids camping tonight (pray for me!), thinking about the big Relief Society Dinner I have to put together by Wednesday, thinking about my high school reunion tomorrow night, thinking, thinking, thinking.

Wow, those turned out beautiful and what fun colors. Such a talented lady you are. Can't believe all that you have going on. No wonder you were up thinking. I would be up thinking and crying from being so overwhelmed. I still can't figure out how you do all that you do.
The flowers turned out so beautifully! What an amazing woman you are - really.
