Bryan just left seeing Cindy at the hospital. Her team of doctors decided to do one more test before intubating her, and apparently the results were good enough they decided to hold off for now. Her stats improved enough by evening they took her off the mask and put her on the regular nose oxygen which is amazing considering where we were this morning. Her pain seems to be under control.
When Bryan went in to see her, she was awake and alert and was able to talk to them for a bit. They gave her another blessing, and he said the mood from it was very upbeat. She was even asking for pizza :)
They are still anticipating a 2-3 week hospital stay, and she has a ways to go, but it feels like nothing short of a miracle to hear she's doing as well as she is tonight.

She's been in our prayers. I had pneumonia a couple of winters ago and it was NOT FUN! I can't imagine having swine flu too.
