Every now and again, you get the blessing of connecting with another soul. Living, or long since gone, those connections give depth and meaning...and for me, a greater understanding of myself.
I made such a connection today. Though I would not dare place myself in the same category as this woman, I am left feeling a greater resolve to be the woman, wife, and mother I was sent here to be. I feel buoyed...

She definitely left her mark on the world and there is lots to be learned from her unwavering example.
She was amazing wasn't she? Every time I learn more about her I am in awe of what she did - what she endured and she makes me want to be a better person too!
