A happy thought or two to end my week.

Today, we got to have some cousin time, and it was a blast. They are actually my first cousins once removed, or however that works. But anyways, we had a lot of fun. Counting my 4, there were 10 kids altogether. But other than the running around, you would never have known there were that many kids here :). Can I just tell you how much I love my house...the noise just gets lost in these 2 feet thick plaster walls...it's glorious! We played Christmas Bingo, played on the firepole, and had a massive hide-and-seek and freeze tag game that consumed the entire house. Awesome :)

Also, I have been a major slacker mom to my youngest, taking hardly any pictures of him. My real reason is that when I think to do it, he's in his high chair...and more than half of the pictures I have of him are in his high chair. So sad. But today, Bryan caught him walking using the barstool as a walker. It won't be long, and yes, I can wait.

Yesterday, I caught him up in his room, quietly playing. He really hasn't had a space he could just play in for so long...you have no idea how happy that made me to see that :)
