Home from Costa Rica...

My little sister came home last night after serving 18 months in the San Jose Costa Rica Mission for the LDS Church. She was shivering before we even left the airport. She looks amazing, and can hardly speak English anymore...pretty funny. I'm a little jealous because her hair has these gorgeous chunky highlights that are 100% completly caribbean natural....so cute. My kids, especially Zerin, have been counting down the days for about 18 months until she came home...they have missed her so much.

Her flight landed at about 8 pm, and we all made the trek back to our home in Bountiful for some hot chicken noodle soup, rolls and cookies. It was fun to be with everyone, and hear her decompress a little :)
She has been an amazing missionary, and it is so wonderful to see how sharing the gospel has helped her blossom into an amazing young woman.

Wow. I can't believe your little sister is old enough to be HOME from a mission already!!! How did that happen? We didn't get any older, so how did she? Enjoy spending lots of time with her!

I didn't even know you had a little sister! Where have I been? When I came home from Spain I could hardly speak English too! I still have trouble with some words and it's been 13 years!

That is so cool! I did a study abroad in Costa Rica and LOVED it. That country is beautiful! I'm sure she was an awesome missionary.
